guidelines. The editor has the sole authority to approve or reject the manuscript for the peer review process. The manuscript will then be submitted through a rigorous double blind external peer review process. Two or more external peer reviews may be used to review each
manuscript. External peer reviewer(s) have an affiliation with an academic institution and possess expertise in their discipline. The external peer reviewers forward a publication recommendation to the editor who in turn forwards the decision to the author. The recommendation will be to publish as-is, publish after minor changes, or reject. The journal reserves the right to make editorial changes and formatting
changes for all manuscripts.
