Focus and Scope
This is a double blind, external peer reviewed, fee-based international journal sponsored by Indiana ACTE. The scope of the journal is limited to topics related to career and technical education or improving the practice of teaching. Original work that will be considered shall fall into one of the following three categories:
1. Practitioner Activity or Career Manuscripts
2. Non-Empirical Manuscripts
3. Empirical Research Manuscripts
Publication Frequency
Manuscripts will be published twice annually in Summer and Fall

Deadline for Summer issue will be: June 1
Deadline for Fall issue will be:September 1
Journal Access
The journal allows for access to all intellectual information to promote the knowledge exchange in career and technical education
Peer Review Process
The editor may initially review each manuscript to make sure that it complies with the focus and scope of the journal and the author
guidelines. The editor has the sole authority to approve or reject the manuscript for the peer review process. The manuscript will then be submitted through a rigorous double blind external peer review process. Two or more external peer reviews may be used to review each
manuscript. External peer reviewer(s) have an affiliation with an academic institution and possess expertise in their discipline. The external peer reviewers forward a publication recommendation to the editor who in turn forwards the decision to the author. The recommendation will be to publish as-is, publish after minor changes, or reject. The journal reserves the right to make editorial changes and formatting
changes for all manuscripts.
